Why there is higher chances of failure of brain hemorrhage surgeries compared to heart bypass surgeries?

Both surgeries are related to blockage of blood vessel. I understand brain structure is much complex compared to heart and there is fundamental difference on effect of blockage of brain vessel and heart vessel on various organs. But given medical advancements, why the success rates of brain hemorrhage surgeries are very less compared to bypass surgeries.

Medical advancements can only do so much. Same reason why despite medical advancements removing a mole on your skin has a much higher success rate than removing an appendix.

If operation A is less complicated than operation B, it will always be easier to do
