Why to bananas turn brown once placed into the freezer ? Yet if you buy a bag of frozen bananas (for a smoothie etc) they are still yellow?

freezing doesn’t matter. it’s the time since ripeness.
you buy fresh banana when ripe, and freeze for few days. they get brown. sad.
