why we can’t dig into dormant volcanoes to access deeper into the earth?

Volcanoes aren’t hollow tubes with magma at the bottom. They either have a plug of solidified lava above the magma chamber, or are actively releasing magma upwards. Either way, you would still have to dig through rock and magma.
