With the Chevron Deference case decided, what is going to happen to the US Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)?

Not sure if this is the right place to pose this question, but what is going to happen to the CFR now that Chevron Deference has been overturned? SC Jack Smith was appointed by AG Garland but SCJ Thomas and judge Cannon say it was unconstitutional.

Nothing immediately. The only change is that when a regulation is challenged as exceeding the authority of the law the agency says it is exercising, the court no longer has to defer to the agency saying “It’s all good,” and instead the court interprets the law in relation to the agency’s regulation (you know, what courts are supposed to do, interpret law).
