Does density affect conductivity in metals, if so how?

Yes and no. What is really important is charge carrier density. So for materials that are already conductive, a more dense version will have higher conductivity. But really this dosen’t matter too much, because how do you make a metal more dense? You really can’t in any way that is useful. For most materials the conductivity just is what it is, outside of very niche applications or complex structures.
