How can siamese twins move their legs if they have two head, one body

In: Biology

Saimese twins are not generally one full body with one or two extra parts, but two separate bodies attached at some point in the body, and shares internal organs. So it would simply be because it would be two separate nervous systems. This is why in some cases the twins can be separated and one can live a mostly normal live while the other dies. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conjoined_twins

In the case of the Hensel twins (Brittany and Abigail), each can control one leg. They can walk and run, it just took a little longer for them.
