I know how to draw a graph myself (just finished a Math oriented highschool) but the graph calculators are doing it perfectly. If I draw a graph myself, I may not draw f(x) EXACTLY where f(x) must be for EVERY value in the domain.

They do it just as you do: calculate f(x) for a number of points, and connect the dots. Only they do it for much more points than you do. The more points you calculate, the more accurate the graph is.
