How do sea creatures stay hydrated?

If we were to only drink seawater we would have raised levels of salt in our blood which would draw water out of our cells, and as such we would become dehydrated and die. How do sea creatures cope with the salinity and stay hydrated? Do they somehow filter out the salt that they ingest?

Sea creatures have adapted to their surroundings and have developed ways to cope with the high levels of salt in the water. Some creatures, like fish, have a mechanism that allows them to excrete the salt they ingest. Other creatures, like crabs and shrimp, have a special gland that helps them to get rid of the salt. And still other creatures, like sea turtles, have a way to store the salt in their body so that it doesn’t affect their hydration.
