I’ve always heard that not eating breakfast is bad for you, but what are the actual consequences if you skip breakfast?

You body goes “OH CRAP I’M STARVING!” Floods your body with sugars from your liver, and conserves as much energy from food for the rest of the day as possible, in the form of fat.

Look up intermittent fasting. It’s seeming more and more like skipping breakfast is actually better for you. It gives your body a break from constantly digesting food.

On a technicality, breakfast literally means to break your fast. So, no matter what time you eat your first meal of the day, it is breakfast.
