Foamy or bubbly urine could be a sign of protein in your urine, which might be a problem. If that’s you, it might be good to check with your doctor.

I know this isn’t exactly the answer to your question, but I always notice my morning pee is a bubbly and no other pee is. It’s definitely strange.

I’ve known plenty diabetics who have quit foamy urine.

I don’t know if it’s a fact but from experience, I’ve noticed high sugar levels cause extremely foamy urine. I live in a rural town where urinating outdoors is normal. I knew a guy that would urinate in generally the same spot at the farm and it was so foamy that it literally took hours for it to dissipate. Turned out he was an undiagnosed diabetic and his sugar rank was incredibly high, I wanna say in the 800 to 900s when it should be less than 100.
