Why European countries have high HDI than Asian countries? What factors are involved in it?

Actually, the Human Development Index is pretty high in *developed* countries. Europe, North America, and Asian countries are all on the high side of the scale, although Asian countries are somewhat lower than in the west (and India is pretty low). I would speculate that there are many factors: education, literacy, poverty, proportion of manual-labor jobs versus “brain” jobs, level of government corruption, and so forth.
