It is a byproduct of never having sex, and never having a possibility of future sex. Sorry.

It’s because we actually didn’t wake up in the morning and just slept walked through our day.
It’s all about what you do with your attention, if you don’t use it during the day it wants to blow at night.

Because of circadian rhythms within every cell in your body.

Post lunch slump is common across all people, some people find a short nap in the evening then going to bed at midnight or 1 am is better than sleeping from say 10 till 5 or whatever.

As for hyperactivity in bed, you need better sleep habits. No phone or pc before bed, no caffeine after 3pm etc
