Advantages of type A+ blood?

Specifically in relation to disease resistance such as how type O blood offers a level of protection against malaria.

As far as I’m aware and from literature I’ve read, A+ blood doesn’t have any distinct advantages over any other blood type. In fact, it actually has some specific disadvantages over other blood types, including higher risk of certain cancers.
