You’re presuming there is a drop in energy as though the adrenaline left. In point of fact, that exhaustion is the *result* of large amounts adrenaline.

Adrenaline causes the fatigue.

EDIT:

* Vomiting
* Anxiety
* Blurred vision
* Nausea
* Confusion
* Drowsiness
* Seizures
* Psychomotor agitation
* Loss Of Consciousness
* Lightheadedness
* Pallor
* Decreased urine output
* Severe sleepiness
