There are no know negative physical effects from LSD token anywhere near normal doses. The experiences can be very intense and sometimes can cause psychological damage, similar to PTSD. These experiences can also be stressful, and if they occur habitually the stress can lead to physical damage.
Also, pharmacologically speaking, LSD is not a stimulant, it does in by itself speed up your metabolism. Experiences can be *stimulating*, but the drug itself is not a stimulant.
