It is not. You’ve heard incorrect;y. It’s a really mild stimulant not different from coffee in terms of stimulant intensity. You might find it difficult to sleep due to how long it lasts. That’s all.
It’s mild enough to not be harmful. Anyone can take it safely. It’s so safe that it’s impossible to overdose on. Nobody has ever died of an LSD overdose.
That’s concerning physical health only though. Large doses can cause all sorts of psychological disturbances.
