From all the research I’ve done and personal experiences I’ve had, I have never found any sort of negative physical effects that aren’t somatic anxiety. Meaning that if you’re extremely anxious during a trip, it’s possible to be nauseous or feeling tight. But the classical psychedelics are historically known to have basically no physical effects like other drugs do. Very well tolerated physically, but psychologically you must take a lot of precautions and be careful.
