Every time we pour a carbonated drink on a cup, we can see they create foams and it disappears after few seconds. Aren’t we losing that amount of drinks that foams have been created? I have not even single idea how to google this.

Carbonated drinks essentially have gas (carbon dioxide) in them. They are canned under pressure which holds the bubbly gas in. When the can or bottle is opened the pressure returns to normal and the gas wants to escape. This not only causes the feel you feel in your mouth but also the bubbles and at times foam. This is the drink expanding to some degree.
A full can of carbonated drink is essentially the same volume once it’s gone flat.
