Certain foods*, are difficult to digest and can cause gas, bloating, and diarrhea. The most common culprit is wheat like bread and pasta, but things like garlic, onions, and beans too. Also, some medical conditions such as celiac disease are not “food allergies” in the sense that they will show up on a skin or scratch test, but can be diagnosed with other types of tests! Basically, if you find that a certain food leads to bloating, speak to your doctor right away!
