A brewing thunderstorm tickles(for lack of a better word) a piece of cartilage floating around in my nose.

Astraphobia. I have never meet one that have this but (according to him) my favourite writers dog scares from sound of thunder. Doggy suddenly hides under the carpet and shakes terribly when there is thunder.

Unsure as to how you mean sensitive, but the answer is yes. If you mean physically, then yes. But I’m pretty sure you know what happens if you get hit by one. If emotionally, I can imagine it wouldn’t be fun if you are living with anxiety, or having a bad migraine.

Changes in air pressure can be sensed. For example if your sinuses are clogged (if you have a cold or so) you can sense more or less pressure on your ears until you clear the pressure difference. Gray skies also have a mental effect, they’re proven to make you sad. Besides that you can get struck by lightning or get wet, that’s about it. People who claim to be sensitive do electronic fields in devices or storm clouds are suffering from nothing more than the placebo effect and possibly confirmation bias.
