Can you get stretch marks on your face?

I know that rapid weight gain or weight loss can give you stretch marks on your body but your face seems to be completely immune to this or maybe not? I’ve NEVER seen a human with stretch marks on their face. What makes the face different from the rest of your body that stretch marks don’t appear there?
The hands seem immune to. Wait a more accurate question is, which areas are immune to stretch marks and why? I assume every area that can accumulate fat is susceptible but the face isn’t I guess?

I have a small stretch mark on my left temple.

I was in a car accident in 2012. My head swole to 125-130% on the left side. The side of my head that slammed against the doors cross beam as I rolled.

I was out cold for three days, then came around with no real issues. It looks like a small wrinkle now. Very visible, well to me, in sunlight. Right where my crows feet will be, just a small line from the top of my temple to the bottom.
