If you are asking if you can mix formula to be more concentrated than the instructions call for and if there are negative side effects to that then the answer is yes. Mixing formula any way that is not according to the directions is very dangerous for babies. Over concentrating formula can easily give a baby more protein than their kidneys can process whereas under mixing formula will cause them to not receive enough nutrition while also receiving too much water.
