It would depend on how small the microplastics are, though if the kidney can’t deal with it, I doubt dialysis can.
Blood is composed of a bunch of cells suspended in a liquid. If you try to filter tiny particles out of that liquid you aren’t going to be able to filter things out that are the same size or smaller than the blood cells without also filtering out said blood cells. That is a big problem because blood without blood cells isn’t really blood at all.
