Do actors/actresses get royalties from streaming services? Is it similar to how Spotify pays artists per stream?

It depends, but most likely the answer is no.

Most actors/actresses don’t retain any ownership of the movie/tv show once it has been made. They are paid a flat fee for their work, and the owners of the content get all of the proceeds of that show from there on out. Artists tend to have different contracts where they _do_ retain some of the rights to the performance/song/lyrics/composition/etc., and thus are entitled to a portion of the streaming revenue.

Now, if the actor _does_ retain some ownership (or points to use an industry term) then they will receive a portion of the streaming revenue just like they would receive a portion of the box office or ad revenue/profit from the movie/show, based on whatever calculation is used in their contract.
