Do electrons experience air resistance?

Intuition says no, because they’re subatomic and would there for not be impeded by air molecules. But it seems like they could potentially collide with air molecules which would stop their motion, there for being resistance given by air; air resistance.

Not in a sense of air “resistance” as we know it. Because electrons are much much much smaller than the air molecules.

Electrons moving through air is like an asteroid moving in space. For the most part it can travel freely, unless it encounters a star or planet which is rare but not impossible.
