The lower your body fat percentage the more toned you look regularly. Generally speaking the lower your bfp the better, up to a point. You can be dangerously low but it’s typically hard to do.
The less hydrated you are the more toned you will look. This is absolutely not a good idea long term. Hydration is super important for basically everything your body does.
