Does partially replacing the carbohydrates we eat with good fats (like nuts and olive oil) have the same effect on our body?

What do you mean by, “the same effect on our body”? Fats and carbohydrates are different things, so, if what you’re saying is that you’re going to reduce carbs and eat more fats, yes, that will have an effect. It’s probably not going to be a very big effect, probably not even a noticeable one depending on what you are looking for, but it would have some effect in an absolute sense
