Is the any benefit of using a high iso camera like ME20F-SH on the international space station?

I mean we should be able to see a lot more with the large sensor this camera sports.

Probably! They use Nikon cameras though so the equivalent is likely the Nikon D5.

They do have equivalently good cameras, just not that specific one.
