No. Source: am allergic to peanuts and not any other legumes.

Peanut allergies are caused by a reaction to one or more of the proteins in the peanuts. Some of these proteins, or similar proteins, are found in some other legumes (particularly soybeans and lentils). So allergies to other legumes are more common in people who are allergic to peanuts, but still only a minority.

No, and they aren’t even allergic to all parts of the peanut. Except in very rare circumstances people allergic to peanuts can use peanut oil with out any issues because the protein is not in the oil.
