If one twin needs medication like an antidepressant would it matter which one took it if they share a stomach… I’m assuming if they share a stomach that’d also mean they share a circulatory system

There’s no single rule for conjoined twins. Since they’re a developmental anomaly, every case is unique.

Some have highly entangled circulatory systems, some do not. It’s up to the doctor to determine what’s the most effective way to treat ailments.

Since they are medically unique and often have unique complications it can be difficult to make the right judgement and treat them effectively. They tend to have short life expectancies.
