What animals? Do you live in/near Chernobyl?

Its all about having stem cells and when they’re given the correct recipes to grow the correct cells. Salamanders can new arms. The cells around the missing limb use stem cells, blank cells that can become anything, and they are given the instructions to grow specific things. We can grow a human ear on the back of a mouse, but not complicated things (yet), like a hand. But soon.

Most animals can’t. I can’t think of any mammals that can. Salamanders and starfish and all the other regenerating animals invested their evolution points in simple designs and really good stem cells. Humans invested our points in the brain so we could have language and tools.
