How do big animals that live in warm places not overheat from all their body mass and the surrounding temperature???

They live different life styles. For orangutans that means mainly being most active earlier in the morning and later in the afternoon, and kinda just chilling out when it is really hot out.
Same for a lot of the big mammals in Africa. Lions just find shade and lay down in the middle of the day
