Eli5 how does chemical free cleaning fabrics (like Enjo or Norwex) work?

They claim to be anti microbial and to be just as effective (some would argue more effective) at cleaning both biological and non-biological surfaces. How is this?
*note I am not looking to buy. Please no unsolicited sales.

Simple, they lie. Anyone can claim “up to 99%” if you find even a single unrealistic situation in which that is the case.
