Scenario: A business wants to create a website using the domain name somebusinesswebsite.aaa, but currently the extension .aaa is not an option.

Is there some process where a business can apply to get that extension added?

Does said business have to provide some kind of support/infrastructure for the registered domains with that extension going forward?

they have to pay icann a huge bribe and wait like 2 years. it’s quite costly and there are yearly fees too. most .brands gave up their tlds because of this.
