CX = Customer Experience (buzzword)

The Oracle CX Platform is a PaaS, Platform as a Service from Oracle. An environment (one, or a share of a computer somewhere in the internet) you rent for developing and running your applications.

Oracle ODA: Oracle Database Appliance is a hardware (computer + storage) that runs an Oracle database.

Oracle Helpdesk is a helpdesk service.
