When you pee and get this very specific sensation in your body (for me it’s in the upper middle of my back) and it builds up until you just have to shiver. Why is this?

In neurourology, post-micturition convulsion syndrome (PMCS), also known informally as pee shivers, is the experience of shivering during or after urination. The syndrome appears to be more frequently experienced by males.
I always believed it was due to your body quickly releasing warm liquid, so you get a quick shiver to warm back up.
