Why do I get cramps in my legs & feet after I exercise even though I stay hydrated? Is there a proven way to avoid this?

Electrolytes matter as much as (even more than) hydration. Potassium, calcium and sodium especially. East a banana an hour before your workout and see if that makes a difference.
