ELI5) What does it mean to be “anti cultural”

googled this to no avail, many different responses. Hypothetically if you dislike a certain culture because of how they treat others or their general values etc what is that called? No connection to race or ethnicity just the common headspace they share as a community.

In practice, it usually means “bigoted in some form but not admitting it”. No, the two aren’t *necessarily* the same thing, but you can make a pretty safe bet that in the vast majority of cases the one links to the other.

But this isn’t really an ELI5 question.
