I saw a video where they crack an egg and it has like 10 yolks. I didn’t think it was possible

it is just a mutation, possibly think of it as a kind of birth defect. Animals arent perfect machines, their DNA is programmed to make 1 yolk per egg, but sometimes something goes wrong, and two are made.
Multiple yolks = Fraternal Twins
If it were fertilized, and it was allowed to incubate, it would produce two tiny birds from one egg.
