eli5 What makes a AAA battery different from a AA battery other than it being smaller? What’s the actual difference ?

It’s smaller because it’s got less battery goop in it. It having less battery goop in it makes it give off less power. AAs do 3 volts of power and AAA do 1.5 (ish)
