The only difference is the plant structure. Sativas because of where they are found naturally growing in the world tend to grow taller, take longer to grow and have thinner fan leaves. While indicas grownshorter bushier plants that don’t take as long to grow and they have wider fan leaves.

The whole indica in da couch thing is a myth. Both types of plants can produce relaxing highs. What determines that is when you harvest. The trichromes (little crystals the grow on the weed) are what determine what type of high you get. If they are cloudy you’ll get the energetic “sativa” high while if they amber you’ll get the high associated with “indicas” .

So to sum up, the only real difference is plant structure. You can get whatever high from whatever plant.
