Eli5, Why are there tears after an intense yawn?

Like, it only happens when I’m relly sleepy and I yawn. And it fells somewhat good.

Yawning exerts pressure on the Lacrimal(tear) ducts and results in the release of tears! The bigger the yawn, the more pressure and the better chance of tears forming!
