To sum it up in short words I’ve seen alot of dead things,
Sometimes after they’ve been sitting for a while they seem to become sorta flat? I’m assuming it is due to circulation not happening anymore? No idea tbh.

If the body was not punctured then it would likely bloat (if recent) with gas from bacteria. If older then the corpse is eaten enough for gas to leak and making the skin loose and sunken in for a flatter look.
