It’s psychological! We naturally lean toward things that are holding our interest or attraction. It’s the same with people. When you’re comfortable with someone, you tend to sit closer to them or learn toward that side. If you’re not too comfortable, you’ll settle for the armrest on the opposite side of your body than the person.
While leaning forward in interest, you’ll probably also experience dilated pupils (bigger) and even possibly increased heart rate.
