I’d like to know what causes Hanger.

According to this [page](https://health.clevelandclinic.org/is-being-hangry-really-a-thing-or-just-an-excuse/), it is because of the cascade of release of stress hormones, such as cortisol and adrenaline, by the state of low blood sugar levels, caused by the ´´lack of food in the body´´ (hunger is basically your brain perceiving through hormone and other signals that the body needs food , nutrition). And as everyone should know, cortisol is the famous stress hormone, so it can cause more aggressive and stressed behavior, especially in a hungry situation.
