[ELI5] Why does stretching feel so good?

Dopamine release. Stretching your arms out doesn’t feel good unless you have a dopamine release. It is similar to male orgasm. It isn’t the fluid traveling through the urethra that feels good, if it did peeing would be incredible. Orgasm is the largest release of dopamine you can experience naturally.
