I’m struggling with how to explain this. Edinburgh is the capital, Glasgow is the largest city. Both sports are played in both cities. The national rugby stadium is in Edinburgh, the national soccer stadium is in Glasgow… it’s not uncommon to spread your national sport venues throughout the country instead of just having them all in one place…
