Your body actually cycles between one nostril and the other throughout the day, not just when you’re laying down. It’s just that, when you’re awake and doing things, you’re too busy to really notice.

I’ve had this my entire life. So does my son.
It’s only at night. In a prone position. Only the right nostril. Against intelligence, I use nose drops. Not good. But it enables me to sleep more comfortably.
