I dont think why scratching my washed shirts will produce frangrance smell (kinda like detergent).It does not have any smell when i dont scratch it. Anyone know why??

Most things are covered in “smell dust”. When you scratch it the smell dust goes into the air, then up your nose.
If you don’t scratch it, the dust doesn’t go into the air.
Probably some detergent left in the fibers of your cloth, you break up those fibers when scratching your watched shirt and by doing that releases the detergent.
