A screen can’t compensate for the incorrect focus of an eye. If for example you have a camera that is out of focus pointed at a screen, there is nothing you can display on that screen to compensate for the out of focus camera and appear clear.

When the lens of the eye fails to focus light properly it is letting the light from one part of the screen fall on multiple areas of the retina instead of just one, creating a blurry image. Areas of the retina will be getting light from multiple parts of the screen and it can’t tell them apart. There is no way to make the screen “fix” this problem, you need a lens.
